Newcastle, City Quadrant

A competition winning mixed-use scheme and forms part of a larger regeneration initiative. The City Quadrant development occupies a key gateway to the city of Newcastle in an area which had become neglected. The scheme provides high specification mixed use accommodation of a high quality design and material consideration.

It incorporates 1000m2 of residential, retail and leisure space with the provision of 2000m2 of office accommodation, attracting private sector businesses to a once forgotten area of the city. The scheme was completed in March 2006 with a total development value of approximately £17 million. The scheme was sold to Wellbeck Land.
